Cancellation policy:
- Cancellation free of charge 7 days prior to arrival.
- In case of cancellation within 7-3 days, the deposit will be charged as a penalty
- In the event of cancellation or no-show within 3 days, the hotel is entitled to charge the full amount of the reservation as a compensation fee.
Terms of payment:
- Within 3 calendar days of the confirmation sent by the accommodation, 50% deposit is payable by bank transfer.
- Payment methods (detailed information will be sent after booking): bank transfer, online payment by credit card, SZÉP card payment
- In case of non-payment, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
